Return of Goods Policy
Return of goods for repair, warranty claims, credit or any other reason will not be accepted without a RETURN OF GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RGA) number. To request such a number, please contact VIM Products, Inc. at 919-277-0267. Defective goods will be repaired, replaced or credited, at VIM Products discretion, at no charge to consumer.
A 10% processing fee applies to all returns plus a minimum 15% restocking charge applies to all non-defective products returned for credit within the first 60 days after purchase. Returns requested on items purchased between 61-120 days from the date or the original purchase order, will incur a higher restocking fee.
Requests for returns on items purchased after 121 days from the date of the original purchase order will not be accepted. ANY item being returned for credit must be in the original, undamaged package and sent back to VIM Products, Inc via prepaid freight, with a copy of the Return of Goods Authorization (RGA) form included. No freight collect shipments or unauthorized returns will be accepted.
It is the responsibility of the shipper to provide adequate packaging to protect the product being returned. VIM Products reserves the right to accept or reject returned product subject to an inspection upon receipt. Products that are returned damaged may be rejected and therefore will not qualify for return credit. The following chart details the inspection and minimum restocking charge that will be applied for goods accepted for return by VIM Products.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
